Via Bike Tours, LLC takes your privacy seriously and is dedicated to keeping your information private and secure. We have designed our software and have selected respected hardware and service providers to ensure that your data is secure when communicating with us online. This Privacy Policy outlines how we keep your information secure and what information we store on your personal computer. By using our site, you consent to our online privacy policy.

Data Collection

We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or blog, respond to a survey, order a product, or register for a tour.

When ordering online with a credit card we do not store your credit card information on our servers. It is available to us only to process the transaction, which takes a matter of seconds.

These technologies help us better understand user behavior, tell us which parts of our websites people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches. Via Bike Tours LLC will not rent or sell any of your personal information to other companies or individuals.

Data Security

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment Gateway Provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems.  These individuals are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy.
